Weight Loss

So I am trying to lose weight again.  My starting weight is 278.8 lbs.  My start date is 3/7/2011.  My overall goal weight is 145 lbs.  I am following The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss and doing resistance training exercises.


Current Weight Goal

Last year I slacked off and gained weight so this year I will be getting back on track.  Losing 67 lbs will probably be difficult but hopefully I can do it.

2013 Weight Goal - 200 lbs
Start Weight - 267 lbs
