For the past three weeks I have been working on the program for the 200 Sit-up Challenge. Surprisingly I have been doing very well. Yesterday I had to do the final test and I was able to do 418 sit-ups. I'm very proud of myself. Now I plan to add sit-ups to my exercise schedule but only twice a week. Sit-ups don't help in losing belly fat but once I am closer to my goal I will do them five times a week to tone my abdominal muscles.
