Well for the past month and a half I have been stuck at around 245. Not sure if my cheat day is causing the problem. I have decided to limit my cheat day to just once a month. Normally I only weigh myself once a week on Mondays but now I will also weigh myself on Fridays to see how my weight changes between weigh ins. I will probably do this for a few months to see how the cheat day affects me.
I may also be having problems since my thyroid levels changed significantly and my medicine has changed. That is the first time this has happened in over 10 years. Since it takes some time for the medicine to have an affect the doctor has me taking the new dosage for 6 weeks and then I have to get blood work done to see how my levels are.
On a better note I started the 200 Hundred Sit-up Challenge and I am doing better than I expected. On the initial test I did 56 and it suggested I start on week 3 on either column 2 or 3. I started week 3's program on column 3 this week and I did pretty well. On the last set of each day you must do a minimum number of sit-ups and do however many consecutive sit-ups you can. Each day I surpassed the minimum number of sit-ups. Day 1 the minimum was 30, I did 73; day 2 was 38, I did 87 and for day 3 was 45, I did 110.
Despite not having lost weight I am not letting it get to me or getting depressed over it.
