Today I decided to make soup and decided to make a pepperoni pizza soup. I am not much for soups but this sounded good. I liked it and so did my husband who had 2 bowlfuls.
Pepperoni Pizza Soup
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups frozen chopped green & red peppers & onions
2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce
16 oz chicken broth
1 cup water
8 oz package of sliced pepperoni
2 tsp dried oregano
3 tbsp pizza seasoning or per directions on container
shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix the tomato sauce, pizza seasoning and oregano. Place all ingredients in crock pot & stir a few times. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Serve with cheese.
