Today I did the initial sit-up test for the 200 sit-up challenge and I was surprised by the result. I did a lot better than I thought I would. I was able to do 56 consecutive sit-ups. According to their chart for my age that is considered to be very good. Since I was able to do 56 sit-ups its suggested I start on week 3's program and either in the 2nd or 3rd column. They suggest you rest a few days before starting the program and since I don't exercise on weekends I won't be starting till next Monday.
Looking forward to being able to do 200 sit-ups and including it in my regular workout schedule.
