May Weight Loss Progress Update

Only lost a total of 5 lbs this month.  The last 2 weigh ins I haven't lost anything but at least I haven't gained anything either.  One of those weigh ins I knew I wasn't going to lose any weight.  I made a deluxe sundae with candied pecans and caramel bananas on my cheat day.  That was probably more sugar then I have had all month or more.  I was quite surprised I didn't gain any weight that week.  This Saturday I wasn't so bad but still didn't lose any weight.  I think from now on I am only going to be bad one meal instead of two on my cheat day.  Maybe that will help.

I am still exercising 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.  I had wanted to start the leg exercises with the resistance bands today but unfortunately the part that connects to the doors is too thick for our doors and won't let them close.  I will need to find something else to do for my legs.  For now I will probably just put my treadmill on an incline and do that for a half hour or so.  

On a better note I finally fit into my size 22 pants. Yay!!  Tried them on this weekend and they fit.  I was so happy.
