Weight Loss Progress Week 3

Lost 3.6 lbs this week.  I now weigh 255.2 lbs. Total weight loss so far 23.8 lbs. I found some new recipes I plan to try.  I've noticed when I do weekly updates I don't really have much to say so I think from now on I will only do updates once a month or if I have more to say than I lost said number of pounds.
